How to Report the Issue
Go to Orders → select your recent order. Tap Help → Report Missing/Incorrect Items. Select the specific item(s). Upload a photo if possible (helps faster resolution).
What Happens Next
We review the report We take appropriate action In serious cases, we may deactivate the driver You may receive compensation if the order was impacted Your safety is our priority.
