How to Report a Driver

There are two ways:

From the App

  1. Open the Foodmato app

  2. Go to Orders

  3. Select the order with the issue

  4. Tap Report a Problem → Driver Issue

  5. Choose the issue type and provide details

Contact Support

If the order is older, or you need urgent help, contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • A short description of what happened

  • Any screenshots, if available

    • Driver-Related Issues

      If a driver is delayed or can’t reach you, you can request support assistance instead of cancelling.

      Go to Orders Select the relevant order Tap Report a Problem → Safety Issue Describe what happened Attach photos or videos if available
    • How to Report the Issue

      Go to Orders → select your recent order. Tap Help → Report Missing/Incorrect Items. Select the specific item(s). Upload a photo if possible (helps faster resolution).
    • What Happens Next

      We review the report We take appropriate action In serious cases, we may deactivate the driver You may receive compensation if the order was impacted Your safety is our priority.
