  1. Check if one charge is labeled Pending

  2. Wait up to 5 business days

  3. If both post as completed charges, contact support with:

    • Last 4 digits of your card

    • A screenshot showing the two charges

    • Your order number

We’ll verify and refund any true duplicate payment.

    • If Your Order Never Reached You

      Start by checking the tracking page: Was the order marked Delivered? Did the driver attempt to contact you? Is your delivery location correct?
    • When to Contact Support

      Reach out if: Your order is 20+ minutes past the estimated time Tracking hasn’t updated for a long time You suspect the order may be cancelled or lost Provide your Order ID for faster help.
    • How to Report the Issue

      Go to Orders → select your recent order. Tap Help → Report Missing/Incorrect Items. Select the specific item(s). Upload a photo if possible (helps faster resolution).
    • Reasons Orders May Not Arrive

      Driver couldn’t reach you Incorrect delivery address Your building required entry codes Driver delivered to the wrong location Technical issues
    • What to Do Now

      Tap Help → Order Didn’t Arrive inside your order page. Our support team will investigate and issue: A refund, or A replacement order (depending on availability)
