How Delivery Requests Work

When a delivery is available, you will see:

  • Pickup location

  • Estimated delivery distance

  • Estimated earnings

  • Customer drop-off area

You have 10–15 seconds to accept the order.

      Follow the GPS route Check customer instructions (doorbell, floor, gate code) Upon arrival, mark “Arrived” Deliver the order directly or leave at door (if instructed) Tap “Delivered” with a confirmation photo if required

    • Base Delivery Fee

      Based on: Pickup → Drop-off distance City zone Time spent

    • Proof of Delivery (POD)

      Foodmato may request: Photo of the dropped-off bag Customer signature (coming soon) Failure to record POD may affect earnings on disputed deliveries.
