      When a delivery is available, you will see: Pickup location Estimated delivery distance Estimated earnings Customer drop-off area You have 10–15 seconds to accept the order.

    • Delivery Steps

      Follow the GPS route Check customer instructions (doorbell, floor, gate code) Upon arrival, mark “Arrived” Deliver the order directly or leave at door (if instructed) Tap “Delivered” with a confirmation photo if required

      Based on: Pickup → Drop-off distance City zone Time spent

    • Proof of Delivery (POD)

      Foodmato may request: Photo of the dropped-off bag Customer signature (coming soon) Failure to record POD may affect earnings on disputed deliveries.
