  • Wait up to 10 minutes (standard)

      ✔ Confirm the order number ✔ Verify sealed packaging ✔ Check the order contains: All bags Drinks Cutlery (if included) If something is missing, ask the restaurant staff immediately.
    • After 10 Minutes

      You may cancel with reason: “Restaurant Delay” You will receive partial compensation (varies by city).
    • You’re Paid When:

      Customer cancels after pickup Customer is unreachable Restaurant delays lead to cancellation (partial payout) Foodmato system errors
    • At Arrival

      Mark “Arrived at Pickup” in the Driver App Go to the restaurant counter Politely say: “Hi, I’m picking up a Foodmato order for Sofia”

      Tap the Accept button Navigate to pickup Mark “Arrived” when at the restaurant Pick up the order Tap “Start Delivery” Follow GPS to customer Mark as delivered
