    • How to Add or Remove a Payment Method

      Go to Profile → Payments Tap Add Payment Method Enter card or wallet details To remove one, select the method → Delete.

    • Top-Up Failed?

      Common reasons: Card issuer declined the transaction Connectivity issues Payment verification failed Your bank may temporarily hold funds, but they will automatically return if the payment fails.

    • How to Add Money to Your Wallet

      Open the Foodmato app Go to Profile → Wallet Tap Add Money Choose an amount Pay using your saved card or payment method Top-ups are usually added instantly after payment.

    • When It Might Actually Be a Duplicate Charge

      Rare but possible if: The app timed out during payment You hit “Pay” multiple times The bank delayed confirmation
