This is a simplified explanation of the merchant agreement.
Restaurants choose pricing, menu, and availability
Foodmato may charge a platform fee or commission
Restaurant is fully responsible for food quality
Orders accepted are binding
Cancellations must follow platform rules (see below)
Paid weekly or monthly depending on contract
Payment holds may occur for disputes or fraud checks
Either party may terminate with notice (usually 30 days), unless:
Fraud
Safety violations
Repeated customer complaints
Unpaid invoices
