Creating Accounts (Customer, Merchant, Fleet)

Foodmato supports three types of accounts:

1. Customer Account

Used for ordering food through the Foodmato app.

How to create a customer account

  1. Open the Foodmato app

  2. Tap Sign Up

  3. Enter your phone number

  4. Enter the OTP sent to you

  5. Add your name and email

  6. Start browsing and ordering

2. Merchant (Restaurant) Account

Required for managing menus, orders, and payouts.

How to create a merchant account

  1. Visit merchant.foodmato.com

  2. Click Create Restaurant Account

  3. Enter:

    • Business name

    • Owner name

    • Email

    • Phone

  4. Upload required documents

  5. Wait for verification (typically 24–48 hours)

3. Fleet / Courier Account

For drivers delivering orders.

How to create a courier account

  1. Visit courier.foodmato.com

  2. Submit:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Location

    • Vehicle type

    • Required documents

  3. Foodmato reviews your application

  4. You receive Driver App access once approved
