Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection.

How it works

When you log in, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your password

  • Confirm a 6-digit code sent to your phone/email

2FA is automatically enabled for:

  • Merchants

  • Couriers

Customers can enable it manually under Account → Security.
