Refunds are automatically returned to the original payment method, unless: The card is expired or blocked → refund goes to Wallet System detects a returned-to-wallet setting (optional feature)
If a refund is sent to your wallet balance: It appears instantly You can use it on any future order It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account (wallet credits are non-cashable)
Your wallet balance may come from: Refunds for eligible orders Manual top-ups (if enabled in your region) Promotional credits or compensation from support
Open the Foodmato app Go to Profile → Wallet Tap Add Money Choose an amount Pay using your saved card or payment method Top-ups are usually added instantly after payment.
