When Cancellation Isn’t Allowed
You may not be able to cancel if:

The restaurant already started cooking

The driver is already en route to pick up or deliver

The order is marked as Preparing or Picked Up
At that point, the order costs have been incurred.

Cancelling Before Preparation
If the restaurant hasn’t started preparing your food, you can cancel instantly and receive a full refund.

If a driver is delayed or can’t reach you, you can request support assistance instead of cancelling.

Tap Help → Order Didn’t Arrive inside your order page. Our support team will investigate and issue: A refund, or A replacement order (depending on availability)
