Update the App

Make sure you are on the latest version:

  • App Store → Updates

  • Google Play → Manage Apps → Updates

    • Force Close the App

      iOS: Swipe up from the bottom → close the app Android: Recent Apps → Clear Reopen the app afterward.

    • Reinstall the App

      Delete the app → reinstall → log in again. Your account and orders will not be lost.

    • Create an Account Using the App

      Open the Foodmato app Tap Create Account Enter your phone number Enter the OTP sent to your phone Add your name and email Allow location for accurate delivery Your account will be active instantly.

    • Update Your Phone Number

      Because your phone number is your login method, updating it requires verification. Go to Profile → Account → Phone Number Enter your new number Enter the OTP sent to the new number Confirm the change You will be logged out automatically and must log ...

    • Update Your Email

      Open Profile → Edit Profile Tap on your email Enter the new address Verify if prompted
