Troubleshooting Merchant Device

Common issues & fixes

1. Device not receiving orders

✔ Check internet connection
✔ Ensure app is running in foreground
✔ Disable battery saver mode
✔ Restart device


2. Printer not printing

  • Check Bluetooth pairing

  • Ensure paper is loaded correctly

  • Reset printer

  • Re-add printer in app settings


3. Screen freezing or slow performance

  • Clear app cache

  • Restart device

  • Ensure storage isn’t full


4. Device beeping but no order visible

  • Check if the order auto-accepted and moved to “Preparing”

  • Ensure the restaurant is online
