Tracking Not Updating?

If tracking seems stuck, it may be because:

  • The restaurant hasn’t confirmed the order yet.

  • The driver is waiting for the food.

  • Network connection is weak.
    Try refreshing the page or restarting the app.

    • If Your Order Never Reached You

      Start by checking the tracking page: Was the order marked Delivered? Did the driver attempt to contact you? Is your delivery location correct?
    • What You Can Do

      Check the live tracking on the app. Use in-app chat (if available) to reach the driver. Wait for a few minutes — most delays are cleared quickly.
    • When to Contact Support

      Reach out if: Your order is 20+ minutes past the estimated time Tracking hasn’t updated for a long time You suspect the order may be cancelled or lost Provide your Order ID for faster help.
