For Restaurants (Individual or Business):

  • Gewerbeanmeldung (Business Registration)

  • Handelsregisterauszug (if applicable)

  • Valid ID (passport or Personalausweis)

  • Bank account details (IBAN)

  • VAT ID (Umsatzsteuer-ID), if available

Food Safety & Compliance:

  • HACCP certification

  • Proof of hygiene training

  • Restaurant address & contact details

Documents must be clear, readable, and not expired.
