When Deletion May Not Be Possible
You cannot delete your account if: You have a pending order You have an ongoing refund Try again once everything is completed.
After Pickup
Once the driver has collected the food, address changes may not be possible for safety and route reasons.
Top-Up Failed?
Common reasons: Card issuer declined the transaction Connectivity issues Payment verification failed Your bank may temporarily hold funds, but they will automatically return if the payment fails.
Editing Instructions After Ordering
You can edit delivery instructions until the driver picks up the order: Go to Orders → Active Order Tap Edit Delivery Instructions After pickup, changes may not be possible.
