Report it immediately: Go to Orders → Report a Problem → Food Safety Issue Explain what happened Include photos or medical notes if applicable We’ll review the incident with the restaurant and our food safety team.

When to Report a Restaurant
Report the restaurant if: Food was contaminated or spoiled Packaging was dirty or damaged Foreign objects were found in the food Staff appeared unhygienic (visible handling issues) The restaurant failed to respect allergy instructions
