How to Track Your Order

Once you place an order on Foodmato, you can follow every step in real time.

To track your order:

Open the Foodmato app or website.
Go to Orders → Active Order.
You’ll see live updates such as:
- Restaurant confirming your order
- Food being prepared
- Driver on the way
- Driver arriving at your location

Can You Change the Address Mid-Order?
Yes—only before the driver picks up the order.
What Is a Small-Order Fee?
If your order total is below a certain minimum (defined per restaurant), a small-order fee is added. This helps ensure fair compensation for drivers on very small purchases.
If Your Order Never Reached You
Start by checking the tracking page: Was the order marked Delivered? Did the driver attempt to contact you? Is your delivery location correct?
Editing Instructions After Ordering
You can edit delivery instructions until the driver picks up the order: Go to Orders → Active Order Tap Edit Delivery Instructions After pickup, changes may not be possible.
