  • iOS: Swipe up from the bottom → close the app

  • Android: Recent Apps → Clear

Reopen the app afterward.

      Check the live tracking on the app. Use in-app chat (if available) to reach the driver. Wait for a few minutes — most delays are cleared quickly.
