Phase 1: Registration & Account Setup  

Before you can log in, you must register your business and activate your unique customer number.

1. Visit the Registration Page: Go to app.liefersoft.de/login and click the "Register" link at the bottom of the form.

2. Activation: You will receive an email from the Liefersoft team confirming your registration. This email will contain your crucial Customer ID. Keep this safe.

3. Submit Business Details: Complete the registration form with your official company name, primary contact person, email address, and phone number.

Phase 2: Portal Authentication (Login)  

Once you are registered and have your customer ID, you can access your dashboard.

1. Access URL: Go to app.liefersoft.de/login.

2. Credentials: Enter your Customer ID, Login, and Password.

3. Security: If it's your first time on a new device, you may be prompted for a 2FA code via your registered email.

Phase 3: Connecting FoodMato Platform  

This phase bridges your POS and the delivery apps.

1. Navigate to Settings: On the sidebar, click Program Settings (Programm-Einstellungen).

2. Open Interfaces: Click on the tab labeled API / Schnittstellen / Order Smart.

3. Add Partner: Click on the platform to add the partner list.

• In the API settings section, add your restaurant name (Restaurant Name - FoodMato) and then click on the save button.

Please scan the QR code using your mobile device to generate your configuration details automatically. Once generated, kindly send those details directly to us via WhatsApp or email.

5. Save & Activate: Click Save. Once the dialog closes, your restaurant status should show as "Active."
