Foodmato provides API access for approved partners such as POS systems, aggregators, and enterprise restaurants.

Who can request API access

  • POS companies

  • Delivery management platforms

  • Multi-branch restaurants

  • Integrators onboarding multiple merchants


How to request access

  1. Go to developer.foodmato.com (placeholder)

  2. Select Request API Access

  3. Provide:

    • Company name

    • Contact person

    • Technical email

    • Use case (POS sync, menu push, order pull, etc.)

    • Expected volume


Approval timeline

  • Standard approval: 3–5 business days

  • High-volume partners: 5–10 business days

After approval, you receive:

  • API keys

  • Sandbox URL

  • Documentation link

  • Webhook callback instructions
